1. What We Collect

For our P2P applications (Notes, Design):

• Nothing. Your content never leaves your device unless you choose to sync.
• When you sync between devices, data travels directly device-to-device, encrypted.
• We operate signaling servers to help devices find each other, but we cannot see the data being exchanged.

For our website (voidai.wtf):

• Basic analytics (page views, country) via privacy-respecting analytics
• No cookies for tracking
• No personal data collection

2. How P2P Sync Works

When you sync between devices:

1. Your device generates a unique encryption key
2. Data is encrypted on your device before transmission
3. Encrypted data travels directly to your other device via WebRTC/QUIC
4. Only devices with your key can decrypt the data

We provide signaling servers to help devices discover each other, but these servers only see encrypted connection metadata — never your content.

3. Data Storage

• All user content is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB
• We do not operate cloud storage for user content
• Backups are your responsibility (export features available)
• Deleting the app or clearing browser data permanently removes your data

4. Third Parties

We do not:

• Sell your data to anyone
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data to train AI models
• Provide data to data brokers

5. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise deployments run entirely on your infrastructure. We have no access to your systems or data. Custom DPAs and BAAs available.

6. Your Rights

You have complete control:

• Access: All your data is already on your device
• Export: Export anytime in standard formats
• Delete: Clear your local data anytime
• Portability: Your data, your formats, no lock-in

7. Changes

We'll notify you of significant changes via our blog and in-app notifications where applicable. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
