TL;DR

Use our tools responsibly. Don't do illegal things. Your data is yours. We provide the software as-is.

1. Acceptance

By using VoidAI products (Notes, Design, Train, Blitz Engine), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our products.

2. What We Provide

  • Notes: P2P encrypted note-taking application
  • Design: P2P collaborative design canvas
  • Train: Distributed AI training network (coming soon)
  • Blitz Engine: Open source infrastructure library

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the services lawfully
  • Not attempt to breach security or access others' data
  • Not use services to distribute malware or illegal content
  • Not abuse shared infrastructure (rate limits, fair use)
  • Maintain backups of your own data

4. Your Data

  • You own all content you create
  • We do not claim any rights to your content
  • Your content is stored on your device, not ours
  • We cannot recover your data if you lose it
  • Export your data anytime in standard formats

5. Open Source

Blitz Engine and core components are open source under MIT license. You can:

  • Use the code for any purpose
  • Modify and distribute
  • Use commercially
  • Self-host forever

6. Service Availability

  • P2P apps work offline and don't depend on our servers
  • Signaling servers for P2P connections are provided best-effort
  • We may update or modify services with notice
  • Enterprise customers have custom SLA terms

7. Disclaimer

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranty. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

  • You can stop using our services anytime
  • Your local data remains yours
  • We may terminate access for violations of these terms
  • Enterprise agreements have specific termination clauses

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced via our blog. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
